The time seems to be slipping by in a constant stream of mudanity (if such a word exists) It's hard to find time just to sit down and arrange thoughts to blog. Guess that's why I was so bad a writing a diary - back to the old teenager diary theory again.
So here we are in July, with one house finally sold, and just the final push now required to find a new home. We have both recently realised the importance of home, and how much a home means to both me an Mr J. I think this is why - probably as most people find when looking for a house - that actually it's really hard to make a choice when you walk into a potential new home - as making that choice means taking risk. Someone said to me yesterday that find a new home is all about compromise and you have to always give into something, but it's really hard actually in the first place working out what's on your list of "must haves", before you can decide whether or not to compromise - and also what the nature of the compromise is going to be - not sure if that makes sense, but choosing a house that fits your dreams, means that you have to be fairly sure of what your dreams are and how achievable they are in the first place.
